A & M specialise in the protection of structural beams and columns with the use of Vermiculite & Fendolite based fire sprays, Intumescent coatings and Fireboard. Identification, documentation and protection of service penetrations with seals and wraps.
Caulking
Caulking of construction joints, precast panel, In situ conrete, windows and panels providing a sealant protection from water, thermal, noise and used as a form of fire protection.
Concrete Remediation
Remediation work in the form of rendering and patching of concrete based structures requiring repair and restoration. All arising from concrete cracking or flaking and corrosion of the reinforcing steel resulting in spalling or concrete cancer.
Construction Waterproofing
Installation of waterproofing membranes and application of protective coatings providing protection from moisture to slabs, foundations, balconies and other wet areas.
Epoxy & Polyurathane Injection
Application of these injection methods to cracks in concrete beams, footings, walls and other concrete structures to strengthen and repair. Also, is used as a sealant to prevent water leaking through.
